Czech Technology Park, Brno

The Czech Technology Park is being developed by a joint venture between Istithmar P&O Estates and the City of Brno. The company also has a formal co-operation agreement with the Brno University of Technology.

The Czech Technology Park is a low density development providing modern premises for technology companies in a business park environment adjacent to the University campus.

The park is intended to provide a total of 190,000 m² (2 million sq ft) of mixed commercial accommodation for office, research and light industry together with associated retail, leisure and service facilities. The Park is already home to companies such as IBM, Motorola, Philips FEI, Český Mobil and Honeywell Controls.
